Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated
Analyst
to join our advisory team. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to start a career in investment banking. As an Analyst, you will support the execution of M&A and capital advisory transactions across various industries, while working closely with senior team members and gaining exposure to high-profile clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Assist in preparing client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and other deliverables
• Conduct market research, company analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Support deal execution through due diligence, data room management, and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate with Analysts, Associates, and senior leadership on active mandates
• Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning core investment banking skills

Required Qualifications

• Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related field
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear and effective communication skills (Spanish and English fluency required)
• Located in Latin America

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or related fields
• Familiarity with the Latin America and Caribbean markets
• Interest in sectors such as infrastructure, consumer, TMT, financial services, or industrials
