Anticipated Salary Range
: USD $20,000 -- $24,000 per year. The final salary will be negotiated depending upon the selected candidate's level of professional experience, education, and location.
The Role:
DWM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bilingual Fund Servicing Analyst to support accounting, reporting, and operational functions across multiple impact investment funds.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fund Operations & Banking Support
- Check bank accounts daily and save bank statements from all global bank accounts
- Share daily balances with the fund administrators
- Prepare monthly accrued interest report used for the Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation and coordinate with the custodian and administrator
- Review monthly reports and support approval processes.
- Assist with transferring cash from the funds for new investments and transferring interest and principal payments from the borrowers to the funds.
2. Fund Servicing
- Manage the disbursement process by sending the legal package to the funds and sharing payment schedules with the funds' administrators and the borrowers.
- Conduct two internal checks of bank account details before each disbursement.
- Prepare quarterly and semiannual invoices for interest and principal payments.
- Save monthly reports provided by the custodian.
- Save the NAV statements for each fund.
- Organize and save trade confirmations for foreign exchange (FX) trades and forward contracts.
3. Audit & Compliance Support Across All Funds
- Provide audit confirmations requested by Borrowers and external auditors.
- Prepare audit confirmations for DWM's annual audits and custody examinations.
- Request updated Tax Compliance Review (TCR) certificates.
4. Data Management, Invoicing & Payments
- Enter data into Portfolio Management system and support review by senior staff.
- Prepare vendor invoices using DocuSign workflows.
- Share payment schedules with internal teams or external partners when needed.
5. Cash Management & Administrative Support
- Maintain the cash register for all funds.
- Keep the contact list for MFIs up to date.
Experience and Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field; or a relevant professional credential in Accounting or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated relevant professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and maintain high professional standards.
- A fast and reliable internet connection sufficient for high-quality video calls is required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with portfolio management software
- Experience in fund accounting, financial operations, or impact investing environments
- Previous experience working in a remote-first professional environment
