Senior Business Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Business Operations Analyst, in an Individual Contributor role to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI, Power Automate and Excel. Additionally, the role requires advanced knowledge in data analysis, process automation, and business intelligence to support decision-making and optimize operational performance. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into business operations and performance. Proficient in Complex DAX: Deep understanding of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including advanced functions for filtering, calculations, and time intelligence. 
• Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement. 
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all business intelligence reports and dashboards. 
• Automate workflows and optimize business processes using Power Automate and Macros. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into analytical solutions. 
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and data analysis models. 
• Continuously monitor and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency and performance. 
• Present data findings and insights to senior management, providing clear recommendations for business improvement with clarity in thought process and excellent communication skills. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Analyst / Sr. Analyst in a similar role. 
• Create Client presentable Dashboards that are action – based in Power BI and/or Tableau.  
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and Excel for data visualization, automation, and analysis. 
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights. 
• Experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, and creating custom automation solutions. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present data-driven insights effectively. 
• Attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with SQL or other query languages. 
• Predictive modelling, Text analytics using Python and/or R.  
• Knowledge of financial modeling and operational forecasting.
