As a Tech Support Tier 1, you will help Business VoIP customers with any technical issues after their setup. We're looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused candidate who thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and are good at solving problems and building relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 85% English proficiency
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of software and hardware
  • At least 1 year of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role (mandatory)
  • Experience with VoIP technology and troubleshooting (a plus) Mandatory knowledge in: CCNA (certification is a plus) Network Monitoring Routing Protocols Cybersecurity Linux servers Telephone Plants PBX
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
