, buscamos a una persona apasionada por la tecnología, con experiencia en gestión de proyectos y un fuerte instinto comercial. Serás el puente clave entre nuestros clientes, las oportunidades de negocio y las soluciones de IA que implementamos.
Objetivo del puesto:
- Ser el punto de contacto principal entre clientes y el equipo de desarrollo.
- Impulsar el uso activo y sostenible de soluciones de IA con clientes actuales.
- Identificar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling.
- Levantar necesidades del negocio del cliente y convertirlas en requerimientos técnicos accionables.
- Documentar avances, coordinar equipos y generar reportes para socios y clientes.
- Diagnosticar puntos de dolor del cliente y proponer soluciones tecnológicas de alto valor.
- Acompañar el proceso comercial con visión consultiva.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos (mínimo 3 años).
- Experiencia en atención al cliente y/o roles comerciales B2B.
- Conocimientos básicos de programación o lenguaje técnico para interactuar con programadores.
- Capacidad para detectar dolores del cliente y traducirlos en soluciones de IA/tecnología.
- Capacidad analítica para generar propuestas de valor.
- Experiencia en ventas consultivas tecnológicas o SaaS.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de proyectos.
- Gestión de conflictos y conversaciones estratégicas.
- Excelente organización, seguimiento, documentación y atención al detalle.
- Habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva y presentación a clientes.
Deseables:
- Experiencia en entornos SaaS, innovación o transformación digital.
- Conocimientos de IA generativa y automatización.
- Experiencia en consultoría tecnológica.
