Objetivo del puesto

Asegurar la planificación, programación y control integral de los proyectos industriales e inmobiliarios, aplicando metodologías PMI y procesos estandarizados que garanticen cumplimiento en alcance, tiempo y costo. Este rol será clave en la definición de cronologías, la gestión de riesgos y el control de procesos, trabajando en estrecha coordinación con el Director de Proyectos y el Project Management Senior.

Reporta a: JD

Coordina con: Project Management Construction, Arquitectura, Constructora, Compras/Contratos y Subcontratistas.

Responsabilidades

·       Diseñar, revisar y mantener la línea base del proyecto con ruta crítica definida.

·       Elaborar y actualizar el cronograma maestro (Planner/MS Project) y programas detallados de 3–6 semanas.

·       Implementar metodologías de Valor Ganado con indicadores SPI/CPI y tableros de control.

·       Definir y coordinar planes de recuperación ante desvíos de presupuesto y tiempos.

·       Planificar y dar seguimiento a hitos de suministro con Compras/Contratos y proveedores.

·       Estandarizar procesos, plantillas y checklists de planificación y control.

·       Conducir reuniones semanales de planificación y emitir reportes ejecutivos mensuales para juntas directivas.

·       Verificar estimaciones de la constructora y dar seguimiento al presupuesto vs avance en obra.

·       Integrar procesos industriales e inmobiliarios bajo enfoque PMI, garantizando eficiencia y control.

Requisitos

·       Ingeniero Industrial, Civil o carrera afín.

·       Experiencia mínima de 3 años en planificación y control de proyectos industriales o inmobiliarios.

·       Certificación PMI/PMP vigente o en proceso avanzado (indispensable).

·       Dominio avanzado de Planner, MS Project y Excel.

·       Conocimientos en gestión de riesgos, control de cambios y metodologías de project management.

·       Experiencia coordinando con obra, proveedores y subcontratistas.

·       Comunicación clara, liderazgo y pensamiento analítico.

Deseables

·       Conocimientos de BIM.

·       Experiencia en desarrolladoras inmobiliarias y proyectos industriales.

Condiciones

·       Modalidad: presencial con esquema administrativo híbrido (según etapa del proyecto).

·       Visitas a obra: 2–3 veces por semana.

·       Contrato: servicios profesionales (factura).

·       Salario: competitivo según experiencia.

·       Horario: lunes a viernes, 9:00–17:00.
