Project Manager

Your mission
We're looking for a Project Manager. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects, primarily in manufacturing medium-sized companies.

Tasks:

• You plan and control ERP update-projects from the order to project acceptance in time, budget, and quality.
• You ensure optimal framework conditions in the project and thus enable efficient and goal-oriented cooperation of all project employees. You always focus on the expectations of internal and external customers.
• Coordinate all project activities and monitor the project progress.
• Lead, moderate, and represent the project internally and externally, e.g., in the implementation of project steering committees and their preparation.
• Create regular project status reports, monitor the budget, and carry out a project post-calculation.
• Support in the sales phase and participate in the preparation of the offer.
• You validate in the ERP-System (quality assurance) the customizations developed for the customer using the software-requirement-specifications (customization-concepts).
• Review, plan, prepare and execute the ERP-customization-tests.
• Validate the ERP-System with End-To-End user processes.
• Establish the testing strategy (bug fixing and bug reporting), propose solutions and validate the correction.

Your profile

• University degree, preferably in a technical or IT field. Since you have advanced your career in or for medium-sized companies, among other things, you know the needs of your customers and can help them optimally in the sense of a win-win partnership.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position.
• Demonstrate success in project management of extensive and content-demanding implementations, preferably in the ERP environment.
• Team-oriented and committed demeanor and communicate confidently across all hierarchical levels.
• Due to your solution-oriented way of working as well as your assertiveness and empathy, you can easily coordinate several projects at the same time.
• Certification according to current project management standards would be desirable.
• German written and spoken, highly fluent.
