We are looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Call Centers, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. You will answer for a multitude of different client types. 

This position is TEMPORARY and onsite in Z.10, Guatemala City.  Classes starting end of October.

Qualifications
  • 3 months to 1 year of previous call center, customer service, or office background experience is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • +18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, B2+ level
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to use technology effectively and productively
Responsibilities
  • In this role, you'll take the lead in addressing customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone(outbound & inbound), email and/or chat.
  • Effectively communicate with patience and understanding
  • Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
  • Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions
  • Maintaining composure in challenging situations
Other
  • Work hours - Days and Nights available - Temporary
  • Work Days - Mon-Fri & Every Other Weekend (will have 2 days off during week on wkd rotation) 
  • Status - Temporary ; 30-40 hours
