This position is on-site in Z.10, Guatemala City. Eventually, it could become a work-from-home position if you meet the work-from-home guidelines. (Work-from-home opportunities are granted based on performance, attendance, and business needs, and are not guaranteed.)
Qualifications- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently (C1 or above).
- 3 months to 1 year of previous call center, customer service, or office experience required.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Technically savvy and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude, quick learner, and able to work independently.
- Ability to type 25-35 words per minute accurately.
- Status: Full Time. Day
- Monthly bonus opportunity (performance bonus).
