Responsibilities
The Opportunity
Lead and generate solutions based on facts and insights that lead to the growth of one of the most important categories of the customer. Being a pillar in the relationship and becoming that business partner that helps impact customer decisions and strategies, taking into account trends, innovation, prices, accommodation and promotions according to the clustering of stores and shopper/consumer behavior. Expand the relationship with the retailer to expand the category growth.
Your Impact
- Generate and development strategies for the category with the customer by integrating shopper information, the chain's strategic plan and market trends to modify the mix of products to be offered to clients and consequently accelerate the growth of the company and the chain above the market.
- Develop, lead and present to the chain annual category growth plans, with monthly performance reviews through specialized Category management and market performance tools.
- Generate the strategy and performance review process for salty snacks, C&C and Nutrition category.
- Based on category needs, lead and present deep dives / category reviews to the chain.
- Make recommendations for improvement based on the opportunities detected in the Category reviews and performance analysis.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years in Category Development, managing at least one category as primary captaincy
- At least 1 year of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
Technical Skills
- Power BI: Intermediate level
- Excel: Intermediate to Advanced level
Languages
- Fluent English (oral and written) - desirable.
