As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will lead and strengthen the site's quality culture, ensuring compliance with Quality Systems, GMP and all Regulatory Requirements across manufacturing and warehousing. You will design and improve quality processes, support audits, analyze data to drive corrective actions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to solve issues at the root cause. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, who wants to directly impact product quality, consumer safety, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local and external regulations related to Good Manufacturing practices GMPs and quality system. Ensure compliance to CP Quality Standards and Global SOPs.
• Ensure compliance from co-packers, warehouses and contract manufacturers (if applicable).
• Trend and support in Non Conformance management of the site, ensure corrective and preventive actions identified attend the Quality System requirements to avoid issue recurrence.
• Develop and Manage Quality Master Plan of the subsidiary.
• Coordinate and execute internal quality audits in the subsidiary and follow up on the action plans derived from them. Support coordination and execution of Corporate Audits. Ensure 100% closure of Audit items on time.
• Coordinate and monitor product audits on the shelf (On Shelf Quality Audit) according to global and local guidelines.
• Coordinate and ensure investigations of quality complaints from clients and consumers, meeting global SOP requirements.
• Attend and support quality results review meetings at the plants and Distribution Center.
• Lead Quality management meetings.
• Coordinate the administration of the documentation system of the subsidiary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Quality role reporting to the Quality Organization.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisory role.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment.
• Fully bilingual (Spanish & English).
• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance/Control role. Expertise in Quality systems and GMP Compliance.
• Expertise in Audit programs and Audit Management.
• Knowledge of Microbiology basics and Clean & Sanitization standards.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Control.
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis tools.
• Experience with MS Office - Google Tools - SAP tools - InBatch/Wonderware.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in laboratory management and analytical chemistry.
• Knowledge of technology transfer and regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of AI tools.
• Proficiency in Presentation Skills.
• Proficiency in Issue Resolution and Negotiation Skills.
