About the Job
The Compliance & Security Coordinator is responsible for the operational execution of the organization's security and compliance strategy. This role focuses on operational execution and ensures all security and compliance requirements are met by monitoring controls, assisting with audits, preparing essential documentation, and coordinating related activities across various internal and external stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the skill to translate complex security and compliance requirements into clear and actionable tasks.
As Compliance & Security Coordinator, You Will…
Support in the implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks and standards.
Perform internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits, when required.
Maintain and update the controls matrix and risk registers, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Assist in the preparation of incident and status reports, including evidence collection and drafting of findings.
Monitor partner assessment progress and escalate gaps to the Security & Compliance Officer and the management team.
Coordinate with process leaders to ensure policies and procedures are understood and implemented.
Support training and awareness sessions for employees regarding compliance, risk, and security.
Act as a point of contact for operational compliance questions from internal teams.
As Compliance & Security Coordinator, You Need…
A Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in fraud risk, compliance, audits, and process development.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google products (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
Knowledge of ISO standards, PCI DSS, or similar compliance frameworks is preferred.
Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
Excellent organizational and documentation skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
Analytical thinking to identify deviations and propose corrective actions.
Effective written and oral communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of compliance, audit, or quality assurance processes.
