Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Behavior Treatment & Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely uploading of information and documents across various platforms.
  • Work with relevant departments to provide weekly updates and monitoring of medical insurance expirations.
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials to support social skills development.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the team.
  • Manage intake procedures and scheduling for new clients, working closely with intake teams.
  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and interviews, in collaboration with recruiting teams.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with HR policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, working closely with the customer service team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be proficient in using various software applications and have a strong attention to detail.
