Collaboration is key in our organization. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will work closely with team members to ensure the accurate and timely uploading of information and documents across various platforms. This includes collaborating with relevant departments for weekly updates and monitoring of medical insurance expirations. You will also work with department heads to update process guides for all departments and ensure they are current and accurate. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance and verification of staff credentials with HR and department managers. Your exceptional customer service skills will be put to the test as you work with the customer service team to provide top-notch service and support to clients. You will also assist in the creation and distribution of training materials with the social skills team. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you facilitate the onboarding process for new employees with HR. You will also manage intake procedures and scheduling for new clients with intake teams. Furthermore, you will assist with recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and interviews with recruiting teams. You will maintain and update employee records and ensure proper documentation with HR. Finally, you will assist with billing processes and ensure accuracy in financial records with the billing department.
