  • Working closely with relevant departments to ensure timely updates and monitoring of client information.

Supporting Our Team

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts in:

  • Insurance Management: Collaborating with relevant departments for weekly updates and monitoring of medical insurance expirations.
  • Training: Collaborating with department heads to update process guides for all departments and ensure they are current and accurate.
  • Credentials Management: Collaborating with HR and department managers to oversee the maintenance and verification of staff credentials.
