Business Development Representative

At Boldr, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Sales Calls: Make targeted outbound calls to potential clients to discuss our services and identify new business opportunities.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Results-Driven: Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Service Promotion: Understand and effectively promote the services of our assigned clients to potential customers.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record all sales calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with client expectations and industry standards.
- Language Proficiency: Must have a B2 level of English or higher.
- Experience:
- Cold Calling Experience: At least 6 months of experience handling cold calls.
- Sales Experience: 1 year of experience in sales or similar positions.
- Client Experience: Experience dealing with clients is preferred.
- Strong Attitude: Good attitude and a positive outlook.
- Empathy: Ability to understand and relate to clients' needs.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately record client interactions.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple sales calls and client interactions.
