PhD Swine Nutritionist Role Overview

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving business growth through expertise in swine nutrition and formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate research findings and practical experiences into animal feed portfolio
  • Monitor feed formulations to meet quality performance and animal health standards
  • Lead a team of technical experts and Product Managers to meet current and future business needs
  • Develop new products based on knowledge of consumer/customer needs and opportunities
  • Represent Nutreco at science meetings and profile Nutreco R&D and innovative image

Requirements:

  • PhD in Swine Nutrition or related field
  • Proven track record in business development and research
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams
