PhD Swine Nutritionist

Key Responsibilities:

As a PhD Swine Nutritionist, you will be responsible for managing the support of the team in training, knowledge, and technology transfer role by the Global Marketing Organisation. This includes managing key account meetings and seminars organized by the Global Marketing Organisation.

Nutrition and Formulation:

• Translate research findings and practical experiences into the animal feed portfolio.
• Monitor feed formulations to meet quality performance and animal health standards.
• Responsible for quality control, analysis, and interpretation of trial data and preparations of final reports.
• Develop new products based on your knowledge of consumer/customer needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Presentation, Communication:

Represent Nutreco at science meetings and profile Nutreco R&D and Nutreco's innovative image.

Management:

• Lead a team of technical experts and Product Managers to meet current and future business needs.
• Manage and develop protocols, data, and reports of all post-registration studies, as well as interactions with marketing to develop and leverage resulting data into sales.
• Support the development of training, marketing, and sales materials for products.
• Provide support and expertise in the area of nutrition to the marketing, technical consulting, and sales employees. Knowledge transfer and technical support to the sales team.

Idea Generation, Networking:

Manage and develop the network of your research group with R&D partners, comply with animal ethics guidelines and rules, Nutreco's code of conduct, and assure appropriate resources for projects and track progress.
