Job Overview

At Boldr, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through outbound calls and written communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make targeted outbound calls to establish new business relationships and expand existing ones.
  • Develop and maintain strong written communication skills to effectively engage with clients via email, chat, and social media.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance targets based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date on client services and effectively promote them to potential clients.
  • Accurately record calls in our CRM system to ensure seamless client communication.
  • Adhere to client expectations and company policies to ensure a high level of professionalism.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: A minimum B2 level of English is required.
  • Experience:
  • At least 6 months of experience handling cold calls.
  • 1 year of experience in cold calling or similar positions.
  • Experience dealing with clients is highly preferred.
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
