We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer III - Business Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training and development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

• Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver training content to associates, focusing on business process skills and knowledge.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments: Identify training needs and develop programs to address those needs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content.
• Measure Training Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide Coaching and Feedback: Provide coaching and feedback to associates to help them improve their skills and performance.

• Strong Business Process Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent Training Skills: Have the ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
• Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Be able to work collaboratively with subject matter experts, associates, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
