About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Reliability Specialist to join our team at Impala Terminals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize accidents and ensure compliance with regulations;
  • Conduct regular inspections, identify hazards, and develop strategies to mitigate risks;
  • Train and educate personnel on safety procedures and best practices;
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Safety, or related discipline);
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in terminal operations, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations (API, ISO 9000, etc.);
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve efficiency and safety.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
