We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team at Vínculos Estratégicos. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other cutting-edge technologies.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code that meets the highest standards of performance, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features and functionalities.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior developers and ensuring knowledge sharing across the team.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software development processes and tools.

In terms of skills and qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Java programming, with expertise in Spring Boot, ORM, NextJS, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Excellent knowledge of databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL, with experience in database design, development, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with web services creation and integration, Linux, Docker, AWS services, CI/CD tools, and code repository management (Git/SVN).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
