Marketing Operations Manager

The Marketing Project Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives for our expanding network of locations. This detail-oriented position requires a self-motivated, organized individual who can manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HubSpot workflows and ensure marketing tasks are executed efficiently.
- Manage the rollout of locations, from direct mail campaigns to Facebook ads and HubSpot setup.
- Lead bi-monthly marketing calls, assign action items, and track completion.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, including direct mail, Google Ads, and website edits.
- Monitor and manage Google My Business, Google Ad campaigns, Facebook ads, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee website updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineer, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience managing projects, with a focus on marketing, CRM, or related fields.
- Experience managing vendors and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working directly on projects, including HubSpot workflows and quality-checking vendor outputs.
