We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Advanced Call Center Technologies. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the voice of our company, using your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to solve problems and make a difference in our customers' lives.

Salary and Benefits- A starting monthly base salary of up to $7,400 USD
- Attendance bonuses once in production
- Performance bonuses up to $800 USD
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will:
- Respond promptly to customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance
- Maintain confidentiality; Listen to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things
- Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listen and get clarification; Respond quickly and effectively to customer questions
To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative, you must:
- Have data entry and basic computer skills
- Have previous call center or similar customer service experience (preferred)
- Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Paid time off and paid holidays after 90 days
