As a Customer Experience Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Soliciting customer feedback to improve service and quality
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative, you must:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
• Have previous call center or similar customer service experience (preferred)

• A competitive starting monthly base salary of up to $7,400 USD
• Attendance bonuses once in production
