Responsibilities and Requirements

The responsibilities of a Customer Experience Representative include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service and support

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative, you must:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Have previous call center or similar customer service experience (preferred)
