Overview

Sagan, an exclusive membership community for top executives, is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our talent acquisition team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
  • Job Posting: Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to reach a wide audience.
  • Candidate Management: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Screening and Interviews: Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to identify top candidates.
  • Background Checks: Facilitate background checks and reference verifications to ensure candidate quality.
  • Onboarding: Support onboarding activities and prepare new hire documentation to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Salary and Benefits

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive compensation package, opportunities for professional growth, and a dynamic work environment.
