Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented recruitment coordinator to support our talent acquisition team. This role will involve coordinating interviews, scheduling, job postings, ATS management, candidate screening, and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Assist in resume screening and initial phone interviews.
  • Facilitate background checks and reference verifications.
  • Support new hire documentation and onboarding processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Desired Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
