Guarantee excellence in execution for PM activities based on business strategies, ensuring availability and quality of our products and POSM in Key Accounts
Accountabilities:
- Develop plans that allow improve the results of the KA. Defining objectives and primary priorities by account.
- Coordinate and support implementation of trade agreements with all customer assigned through field executions & partnership development in order to achieve competitive advantage for PMI.
- Ensure and evaluate the quality of the execution of activities, cycle changes, by planned visits to the POS with a previously defined objectives, to detect improvement and performance opportunities.
- Build relations with the costumers who allow to assure our position in each account.
- Coordinate and control merchandising force in Key Account channel in order to guarantee product handling and availability.
- Lead KA channel monthly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the establishment and maintenance of PM'S platform through adequate relationships to achieve volume objectives in line with PM strategy.
- Coordinate and guarantee the execution merchandising guidelines and tactical programs implementation in order to achieve objectives in the channel according to PMI's strategies.
- Verify and ensure that customer service quality, compliance check, customers complain Key Sales indicators and satisfaction is in line with PM guidelines by planning visits to Key Accounts.
- Develop a correct strategy of implementation to Support a multi-brand portfolio and prioritization based on strategy
Who we're looking for:
- College/University degree (Sales, Administration, Marketing)
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in Key Accounts, Marketing, Trade Marketing or Sales Specific roles
- Knowledge of the KA channel in fast moving consumer goods.
- English proficiency
- MS Office expertise (Excel databases), Power BI (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, ease of interpersonal relationships
- Negotiation and influence skills
- Sales skills
- Ability to think outside the box and challenging the status quo at all levels
- Organizational and planning skills
- Data analysis and interpretation, ability to perform executive presentations at all levels
