Reporting and Supervision:
This role will be supervised by the Deputy Director ofEquity and Quality
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Activities:
1. Support in the coordination and logistics for the development of the activities included in the plans of the sub-directorate.
2. Organize and manage all technical and/or administrative activities with internal and external clients as required.
3. Elaborate invitations to counterparts to participate in Equity and Gender activities.
4. Be available to attend project related meetings as required by his/her supervisor.
5. Confirm attendance of participants at project activities.
6. Maintain and keep track of participant lists for project activities.
7. Take minutes and photographs that serve as input to document the activities of the sub-directorate.
8. Provide on-site assistance during meetings, workshops and events.
9. Support with the drafting and preparation of reports of activities carried out and reports of a technical nature that may be required.
10. Manage signatures of the project authorities on documents as required.
11. Provide technical assistance on issues related to the sub-directorate, when deemed necessary.
12. Collect and compile data for routine internal and external reports.
13. Follow up on activities and products assigned to the area of his/her competence and report according to the guidelines indicated by Monitoring and Evaluation.
14. Prepare procurement documentation and follow up on administrative procedures.
15. Support with any matters related to contract management, payments to consultants or travel expenses of counterparts of the sub-directorate, in accordance with PROPEL Health administrative and financial guidelines.
16. Attend to other responsibilities assigned to him/her, according to his/her scope of work.
Professional profile:
Work experience:
1. Desirable with knowledge of public policy, health, and gender.
2. At least 2 years of administrative and/or technical assistance to work teams.
3. Preferably with experience in working on international cooperation projects.
4. Knowledge and advanced management of computer programs.
5. Intermediate or advanced level of English language.
6. Studies in business administration, health sciences, social sciences or related career.
Knowledge, competences, and skills:
1. Ability to communicate assertively with different interlocutors.
2. Ability to work in a team and to integrate into interdisciplinary groups.

Recruitment Form
Recruitment will bemade through a service agreement. The consultant will work under thesupervision of the Equity and Quality Deputy Director.
Payment Form
Paymentwill be made upon submission of set deliverables and bill (authorized by taxentities) in Quetzals for the total amount of the services acquired. This shallinclude the submission of service report approved by the area directlysupervising. Payments will be made through bank transfer. The organizationissues and delivers Value Added Tax exemptions.
