- Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the electronics industry
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Knowledge of the region market and retail industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

TASKS:
- Analyze training needs by identifying performance gaps and developing solutions
- Develop training plans and materials for all levels of personnel
- Implement and facilitate training programs, both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training plans and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments and Country Coordinators to ensure training programs are executed properly
- Manage the Training Platforms and ensure all FFM are up to date
- Supervise the training team and ensure regional goals are being accomplished
- Develop and manage the training budget
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in training
- Guarantees that billing between Agency - Cheil / Cheil - Samsung take place in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, distributors, internal Samsung teams and Cheil Management
- Prepare performance and training reports for all product divisions highlighting AR% and data insights
