Key Responsibilities

Lead the development, governance, and optimization of the firm's Snowflake data warehouse and Zoho Analytics platform.

Design, automate, and maintain executive-level dashboards, financial reporting tools, and KPI frameworks.

Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance opportunities.

Develop predictive and statistical data models, including financial forecasting and operational risk modeling.

Utilize Python (pandas, NumPy) to build robust analytical workflows and custom insights.

Implement high-quality data visualizations that support legal, compliance, and financial leadership.

Write efficient and secure SQL for relational databases, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and data integrity.

Improve and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to support reliable reporting and audit-ready datasets.

Collaborate with management, executive leadership, and company stakeholders on data needs.

Build a strong understanding of financial industry concepts, regulatory considerations, and data governance practices necessary for legal environments.

Requirements

Post Graduate studies in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

4+ years of demonstrated experience in data analysis, and business intelligence.

Hands-on expertise with Snowflake, Zoho Analytics, and other enterprise BI tools.

Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy).

Expert-level ability to produce accurate and compelling visualizations using Matplotlib, Plotly, Seaborn, ggplot2, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL performance tuning, and data architecture best practices.

Experience supporting financial reporting, risk analysis, regulatory requirements, or operations within a professional services environment preferred.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for attorneys and executives.

Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.

Experience with ETL/ELT tools, dbt, or Airflow is beneficial.

Prior experience in a law firm, financial services, or fintech organization is highly advantageous.
