Are you someone who takes initiative and likes to make things happen? We're seeking a Travel and Procurement Coordinator to support all corporate travel and procurement related activities. This involves problem solving, database management including data entry and analysis and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.  We're looking for a multitasker with great communication and collaboration skills and a passion to meet the needs of our team members. 

As Corporate Travel & Procurement Coordinator, You Will…

Primary point of contact (POC) for IntouchCX's contracted external travel service provider (booking platform) as well as internal POC for all travel related inquiries. (ie. "how to Q's")

Manage relationships and act as liaison with IntouchCX preferred hotel partners and service providers such as Car rental companies, airlines including credit card authorizing and direct billings as needed

Responsible for the onboarding and set-up of new employee travel profiles, and maintaining employee lists and internal department approval routing in the travel partner software platform

Help create, maintain and update the IntouchCX Travel guide, policies, training

Monitor travel spend and provide various internal travel spend reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

Maintain the IntouchCX vendor contract management database and performing annual audits for contract renewal status

Create and maintain the central IntouchCX vendor database of verified vendors and help vet/verify potential new vendors

Help generate reports on various corporate procurement initiatives such as diversity and environmental reporting

Create and submit purchase orders for approval on behalf of other departments as required

Be the emergency backup to other procurement administrative employees as required

As Corporate Travel & Procurement Coordinator, You Have…

2+ years experience in Travel Administration or Office Management 

Diploma or degree in Office/Business Administration is preferred

Familiarity with basic international travel terminology  (ie.reservation, boarding pass, passport, etc)

Experience working with databases (MS excel, google sheets, etc)

Excellent English skills  (verbal and written) 

Superb organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills

Expert communication and collaboration skills

Proactive and with a team player mindset

Master problem-solver

Ability to prioritize & adapt to handle last minute priority changes

An eye for detail, with a passion for dotting i's and crossing t's 

Comfort working with ambiguity 

A desire to learn, grow and succeed
