About the Job

The Senior Campus Director is responsible for consistently delivering and immersing the campus with the IntouchCX culture while ensuring the site is optimally functioning, focusing on employee happiness.  In addition, the incumbent will work collaboratively with the leadership teams globally to provide guidance and support.

As Senior Campus Director, You Will…

Collaborate with various departments and leaders in the development and implementation of strategic plans Keep a pulse on operational and cultural key performance indicators, streamlining communication to local leaders through weekly meetings Responsible for following up on facilities maintenance and built outs to be able to support the growth of the operationsAlert leaders of changes, drivers and opportunities within key KPIs and create collaborative solutionsEnsure accuracy of reporting, working locally to enhance resultsPromote the IntouchCX culture and evaluate how local teams are exemplifying our corporate values (Our 10 Things)Establish priorities with department managers and track action item progress Drive initiatives resulting in positive improvements in margins and the strengthening of enterprise valueSupport roll-out of new programs and processesAudit and track operational processes within each line of business, identifying new opportunitiesMotivate and inspire teams, while building trusting relationships throughout the organizationObsess about client visits by ensuring they run smoothly and meet our high standardsPartner with stakeholders across the organization in a collaborative manner to ensure consistency within campus operationsIdentify opportunities and implement processes to ensure smooth employee experience between department transitions

As Senior Campus Director, You Have…

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 7 - 9 years of Supervisor and Project Management experienceTravel requirements as neededExceptional and effective communication skills (oral and written) with an approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationshipsAbility to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients and customersAbility to work with basic mathematical conceptsDetail-oriented team player with creative problem-solving and project management skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsClient relationship management experience Proficient in the use and application of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)Ability to implement change and innovation
