Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all supply chain operations for a designated group of clients, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring established processes and procedures are being followed by team members, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability.
  • Ensuring team members are properly trained and possess the tools needed to perform their tasks, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Identifying and communicating process improvements to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and customers to build strong relationships and drive business results.
  • Participating in, and leading new client launches to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Non-bilingual candidates will not be considered (English B2 intermediate - C1).

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or International Trade.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year as an Operations Manager, with experience in supply chain management and logistics.
  • Minimum 1 year in International Logistics, with experience in managing global supply chains.
  • Minimum 6 months as a Team Leader, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
