Business Support

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the support of our team in training, knowledge, and technology transfer roles by the Global Marketing Organisation. This includes managing key account meetings and seminars organized by the Global Marketing Organisation.

Nutrition and Formulation

• Translate research findings and practical experiences into our animal feed portfolio.
• Monitor feed formulations to meet quality performance and animal health standards.
• Responsible for quality control, analysis, and interpretation of trial data and preparation of final reports.
• Develop new products based on your knowledge of consumer/customer needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Presentation, Communication

Represent our company at science meetings and profile our R&D and innovative image.

Management

• Lead a team of technical experts and Product Managers to meet current and future business needs.
• Manage and develop protocols, data, and reports of all post-registration studies, as well as interactions with marketing to develop and leverage resulting data into sales.
• Support the development of training, marketing, and sales materials for products.
• Provide support and expertise in the area of nutrition to the marketing, technical consulting, and sales employees, and knowledge transfer and technical support to the sales team.

Idea Generation, Networking

Manage and develop the network of your research group with R&D partners, comply with animal ethics guidelines and rules, and assure appropriate resources for projects and track progress.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a PhD degree, excellent track record in research management, highly developed animal or human nutrition knowledge, management skills, presentation, communication skills, project management and portfolio management skills, and the ability to network and motivate.
