About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our operations, you will provide exceptional customer service, sales support, and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service & Sales:
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring professional communication.
    • Provide accurate service quotes, follow up with leads, and address customer concerns with empathy.
  • Scheduling & Dispatching:
    • Optimize and manage technician schedules and routes efficiently.
    • Act as a liaison between field technicians and office operations, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prepare daily performance reports.
    • Effectively manage rescheduling, cancellations, and exceptions.
  • Cross-Training & Collaboration:
    • Develop expertise in all aspects of quoting, sales, and scheduling to ensure operational continuity during peak periods.
    • Collaborate with team members for efficient task management.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or scheduling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
