We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our operations, you will provide exceptional customer service, sales support, and administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service & Sales:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring professional communication.
- Provide accurate service quotes, follow up with leads, and address customer concerns with empathy.
- Scheduling & Dispatching:
- Optimize and manage technician schedules and routes efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between field technicians and office operations, ensuring seamless communication.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and prepare daily performance reports.
- Effectively manage rescheduling, cancellations, and exceptions.
- Cross-Training & Collaboration:
- Develop expertise in all aspects of quoting, sales, and scheduling to ensure operational continuity during peak periods.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient task management.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or scheduling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
