Customer Support Specialist

PST.AG is a dynamic and international company seeking a highly motivated and communicative assistant to support our customer management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Customer Care: Creating tickets and resolving customer cases.
- Customer Communication: Delivering comprehensive and seamless customer support from start to finish.
- Ticket Processing: Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets as well as supporting customers throughout the entire process.
- Scheduling Appointments: Arranging and organizing appointments and documenting their content.
- Enterprise Resource Planning System: Creating documents such as offers and invoices using an ERP-System.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to various areas such as process documentation, workflow management, and marketing/social media.
Qualification for this role includes:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management and coordination skills.
- Must be able to work Central European Time (CET).
Required skills and qualifications also include:
- Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) - Ability to use it and create prompts.
- Professional communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience/exposure to eCommerce.
- Very good and confident English skills, both written and spoken.
- Flexible, independent, and ability to work in a team.
