PST.AG is a dynamic and international company seeking a highly motivated and communicative assistant to support our customer management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Customer Care: Creating tickets and resolving customer cases.
  • Customer Communication: Delivering comprehensive and seamless customer support from start to finish.
  • Ticket Processing: Initiating, tracking, and reviewing tickets as well as supporting customers throughout the entire process.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Arranging and organizing appointments and documenting their content.
  • Enterprise Resource Planning System: Creating documents such as offers and invoices using an ERP-System.

The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute to various areas such as process documentation, workflow management, and marketing/social media.

Qualification for this role includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • Must be able to work Central European Time (CET).

Required skills and qualifications also include:

  • Familiarity with ERPNext or similar systems.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) - Ability to use it and create prompts.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience/exposure to eCommerce.
  • Very good and confident English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Flexible, independent, and ability to work in a team.
