We are looking for a skilled and experienced customer support specialist to join our team at PST.AG. As a key member of our customer management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide comprehensive and seamless customer support.
  • Processing and managing customer requests and complaints through our ticketing system.
  • Scheduling appointments and organizing follow-up actions to ensure effective customer engagement.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating records accordingly.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Familiar with ERPNext or similar systems.
  • Experienced in using Large Language Models (LLM) for customer support.
  • Proficient in professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in their approach to work.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
