About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Head to join our team at Kellanova. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies to achieve additional revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Pricing Tools: Create tools to support consistent and accurate decisions on pricing, promotional strategy, mix management, trade architecture, and innovation/assortment.
  • Price Curve Architecture: Define the ideal better-buy and price curve architecture by brand and channel.
  • Price Increase Strategy: Develop price increase proposals by SKU, considering competitive pricing strategies, brand elasticities, price thresholds, and market performance.
  • White Space SKUs: Propose SKUs to capitalize on white space opportunities based on market data.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate business degree or other discipline that requires extensive quantitative knowledge.
  • Experience in RGM/Marketing/Finance.
  • 4+ years of CPG experience is preferred.
