+ Commissions (~GTQ 600/month)
Location: Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala.
Skills: Proficient in telephone communication, account management, customer service, and debt collection.
Responsibilities and more:
- Contact patients by telephone regarding their accounts and are responsible for ensuring the collection of any past-due balances.
- Answer questions about patient accounts and assist with the establishment of alternative payment plans when necessary.
- Maintain records of the patient's account and may resolve issues with third-party payers.
