What You'll Do

As a
Healthcare Recruiter
, you'll play a key role in building our talent pipeline and shaping the future of healthcare staffing:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for allied health, nursing, and leadership roles
  • Source top talent using job boards, recruiting platforms & AI tools
  • Drive strategic outreach and marketing efforts
  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and industry contacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and standards


What You Bring

Experience & Education

  • 1+ year in healthcare recruiting or interviewing
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with ATS and onboarding platforms

Skills

  • Strong communication (English & Spanish)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & sourcing tools
  • Organizational excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset & adaptability
