Driver Recruiter

A Driver Recruiter seeks prospective drivers to optimize the hiring process and meet

employment needs. The DR is responsible for making cold calls, utilizing search engines to locate

potential drivers and inform them of the exceptional benefits the company has to offer. The DR will be also responsible for executing daily tasks including onboarding and creating a positive business

environment for the long-term retention of company drivers.

Key responsibilities:

● Inform applicants about operations and the benefits the company offers.

● From your database, locate potential employees who meet DOT and company standards.

● Provide the proper information according to the job descriptions or vacancies available.

● Communicating with the managers about interested drivers, to start the recruitment process and

special issues that may arise during the day.

Skills and Knowledge:

● At least 6 months of experience in Recruitment or Logistics (Dispatcher/Broker).

● B2 High English Level

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Multitasking skills.

● Demonstrate timely and consistent job attendance.

● Stress management skills.

● An understanding of transportation management systems.
