Country Manager (Guatemala)*
para liderar la transformación estratégica, operativa, comercial e institucional, consolidando el liderazgo en financiamiento al consumo en punto de venta y expandiendo el portafolio de productos en el país.

El rol es responsable de la rentabilidad, el crecimiento y la sostenibilidad integral de la operación.

*Responsabilidades*
Estrategia y Crecimiento

  • Diseñar y ejecutar el plan estratégico y de crecimiento para Guatemala, alineado con la visión regional
  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de mercado y desarrollar iniciativas de expansión comercial
  • Escalar la operación bajo un modelo sostenible, profesional y digitalizado

Gestión Comercial

  • Desarrollar y fortalecer alianzas con comercios, entidades financieras, tecnológicas y actores estratégicos del ecosistema
  • Supervisar y optimizar los procesos comerciales de originación, venta y recompra

Operación y Riesgo

  • Fortalecer los procesos de servicio, cobranza y gestión de portafolio
  • Asegurar la calidad del crédito, la productividad y el control del riesgo operacional
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio y operativo en todo el país

Representación Institucional

  • Representar a KrediYA ante reguladores, cámaras, asociaciones gremiales y stakeholders locales
  • Gestionar crisis, reputación y asuntos públicos
  • Gestión de Equipos y P&L
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios, fomentando cultura de ejecución, responsabilidad y enfoque en resultados
  • Administrar el P&L del país, optimizando costos, rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa

Requirements

  • 8+ años en roles de dirección general, banca de consumo, fintech o retail financiero
  • Experiencia liderando operaciones, equipos grandes y procesos de transformación
  • Dominio del mercado guatemalteco y sus dinámicas regulatorias
  • Capacidad comprobada de relacionamiento institucional, negociación y liderazgo comercial
  • Competencias clave: pensamiento estratégico, toma de decisiones, influencia, orientación a resultados, liderazgo situacional
