What will my functions be?
Carry out technical work according to instructions from your Manager, and according to established procedures.
Mantain accured records and documentation.
General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date entries in the general ledger (using Microsft ERP Business Central).Perform monthly reconciliations of key accounts.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.Monitor and track bank transactions. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices and payments.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements. Annual Accounts and Official Books: Assist in the preparation of official accounting books.
Assist in Tax Preparation: Assist in preparing documentation for tax returns. Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

What do you need to be a potential Auxadi member?
We are currently looking for accounting specialists with experience in professional services firms.
In addition, it is important that you are:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field)
Fluency in English
Previous experience of at least two years
You have been part of a professional services company, and you love it
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment
Strong leadership and management skills
