PROFILE
The Reconcilement Department for PNC Bank is responsible for reconciling the bank's internal accounts. These responsibilities include that accounts are reconciled daily by their established deadlines, and aging items are researched timely. Responsible for escalating issues to ensure quick resolution. Good communication skills and analytical skills are a must. Additional responsibility will be to focus on accuracy within all groups. The supervisor will be responsible for maintaining workflow by monitoring the steps of the process to ensure all functions required are processed. This is needed to meet all deadlines set by the client. Additional responsibilities will include focusing on preventing potential losses. Observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing functional and operational management.
Tracking and maintaining department productivity records.
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees: developing personal growth opportunities.
Investigative information to solve ongoing problems.
Ensure all levels of Service are met within the guidelines set by our clients.
Work closely in coaching the Team Leads to ensure workflow and process flow are managed properly to achieve maximum results for our clients.
Work closely with onshore staff.
Directing or facilitating onshore deliverables relative to the client's issues.
Maintain administrative responsibilities (i.e., Feps, Gems, overtime, vacations control, access/deletion requests, required security courses, etc.)
Participating in meetings with internal teams and external clients.
