El Líder de QA será responsable de garantizar la calidad del software a lo largo de todo el ciclo de desarrollo. Diseñará estrategias de prueba, liderará al equipo de QA y colaborará estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo, producto y operaciones para asegurar que las soluciones entregadas cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad y confiabilidad.

Actuará como referente técnico y metodológico en temas de aseguramiento de calidad, impulsando la mejora continua, la automatización de pruebas y la eficiencia en los procesos de validación del software.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias, planes y casos de prueba funcionales, automatizados y de rendimiento.

  • Liderar y coordinar al equipo de QA en la ejecución de pruebas manuales y automatizadas.

  • Definir y optimizar los procesos de aseguramiento de calidad, alineándolos con las metodologías ágiles de desarrollo.

  • Analizar requisitos funcionales y técnicos para identificar riesgos, escenarios de prueba y criterios de aceptación.

  • Implementar y mantener frameworks y herramientas de automatización (UI, API y performance).

  • Monitorear métricas de calidad y proponer acciones de mejora continua basadas en datos.

  • Detectar, documentar y dar seguimiento a defectos hasta su resolución.

  • Colaborar con desarrolladores y product managers para garantizar entregas de software de alta calidad.

  • Capacitar al equipo en buenas prácticas de QA y automatización.

  • Supervisar la arquitectura de pruebas y la calidad del código de automatización.

Requisitos:

- Título universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o carrera afín.

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad de software.

  • Experiencia liderando equipos de QA o células de testing en entornos ágiles.

  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Experiencia con herramientas de automatización como Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright, JUnit o TestNG.

  • Experiencia en pruebas de API (Postman, RestAssured) y rendimiento (JMeter, Gatling o LoadRunner).

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de pruebas: JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail.

  • Conocimientos en CI/CD, DevOps y control de versiones (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).

  • Habilidad de scripting o programación en Python, Java, JavaScript o C#.

  • Certificaciones deseables: ISTQB (Foundation / Advanced), CSTE, CSQA.

  • Certificaciones adicionales en Scrum Master o Product Owner (opcional).
