We're hiring: Voice of Customer (VoC) Lead Data Analyst.
This is a full-time, on-site position at Pacific Center 2.

We're looking for a
Lead Data Analyst
to join our
Business Intelligence team
and help turn customer feedback into actionable insights.
In this role, you'll analyze data from customer surveys —NPS, CSAT, CES, and more— and transform it into insights that improve the
customer experience
. You'll build dashboards and reports in
Excel and Power BI
, identify patterns, and provide actionable recommendations that help teams make better decisions. You'll also collaborate with other teams, especially the
VoC Insights team
, to find ways to improve processes and keep data organized and up-to-date.
We're looking for someone who loves working with data, is confident with
SQL
, and has experience understanding what customers think and need. Bonus points if you've worked in
Customer Experience, VoC, or BPO environments
, and are comfortable with
Google Suite
.
