• Asegurar la disponibilidad, accesibilidad e integridad de la infraestructura física y virtual del área, garantizando su correcto funcionamiento y continuidad operativa.

• Ejecutar rutinas de mantenimiento y operación de las diferentes plataformas soportadas dentro del área.
• Atender eventos e incidentes relacionados con fallas en los servicios o infraestructura.
• Realizar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y proactivo en las distintas plataformas.
• Monitorear la infraestructura y dar solución a problemas en los servicios.
• Brindar soporte remoto y presencial a las plataformas y servicios mediante VPN.
• Administrar y mantener el parchado de los sistemas operativos.
• Revisar la documentación de nuevas soluciones entregadas al área para soporte.
• Crear y diseñar alertas y rutinas de mantenimiento automatizadas.
• Administrar plataformas críticas del negocio, garantizando su estabilidad.
• Administrar y mantener los backups de los sistemas y plataformas.

• Universidad completa en Ingeniería en Sistemas o Informática.
• Experiencia mínimo de 1 año en funciones relacionadas con soporte o administración de infraestructura.
• Disponibilidad de horario de lunes a domingo para atención de turnos o incidencias.

• Sistemas Operativos: Unix, Linux y Windows.
• Almacenamiento: SAN/NAS (EMC/Hitachi).
• Virtualización: VMware, OpenStack.
• Automatización: Windows, Ansible.

• Administración y mantenimiento de infraestructura física y virtual.
• Ejecución de rutinas de mantenimiento y monitoreo de servicios.
• Manejo y solución de incidentes de infraestructura.

• Orientación al cliente.
• Comunicación asertiva.
• Resolución de problemas.
• Aprendizaje continuo.
