Sales & Retention Manager
is a key
regional leadership role
responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing
sales and retention strategies
across our operations in
Guatemala and Barranquilla
, supporting the
Verizon
account.
This role plays a critical part in the transition from a customer-service-focused model to a
revenue-driven operation
, strengthening performance through:
Plan upgrades (Step Ups)
Additional line sales
Customer retention and loyalty strategies
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of regional sales and retention strategies tailored to each site.
Establish clear, measurable goals for plan upgrades, multi-line sales, and customer retention; evaluate performance by location and adjust strategies as needed.
Directly manage
four field leaders
: Brand Champion and Value Ambassador in both Guatemala and Barranquilla.
Develop strong field leaders who drive a
high-performance sales culture
.
Partner with Operations, Training, Supervisors, and SMEs to deliver
coaching frameworks, sales scripts, and performance feedback cycles
.
Lead
Advocacy (Retention) programs
, ensuring effective offers and frontline empowerment to reduce churn.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing resources, and implementing new tools and methodologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Training and Account Management teams to ensure end-to-end execution.
Maintain a strong relationship with
Verizon stakeholders
, ensuring alignment, feedback, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in
Sales and/or Retention
3–4 years leading
Sales or Customer Retention programs
Experience in
BPO / Call Center environments
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
